How to Manage Contact in Help Center App 👍


  • People: View and manage individual contacts. Add new contacts, edit details, and keep track of contact information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.


  • Companies: Manage company contacts. Add new companies, and track their details, including company names and associated contacts.


  • Teams: Organize contacts into teams. Add team contacts and manage their information, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within groups.


  • Uploads History: Review the history of contact uploads. Track import dates and statuses to ensure all contact data is up-to-date and correctly imported.


  • Contact Exports: Export contact data for external use. Monitor export dates, total contacts exported, and download completed exports as needed.
