Steps:

Add Agents

You can create an unlimited number of users (agents) to work with customers' emails, chat, and FB messenger inquiries.

In order to create new user agent you need to follow these steps: Settings → Agents → Create an agent







General Settings

In the General Settings, you can enable agents to see other agents' information for logs and analytics, and set assignment rules to restrict ticket reassignment within a specified period.
