How to add Agents 👨🏻‍💼


Steps:

  1. Add Agents
  • You can create an unlimited number of users (agents) to work with customers' emails, chat, and FB messenger inquiries.
  • In order to create new user agent you need to follow these steps: Settings → Agents → Create an agent






  1. General Settings
  • In the General Settings, you can enable agents to see other agents' information for logs and analytics, and set assignment rules to restrict ticket reassignment within a specified period.
